About Coach

I was always a very soft-spoken guy growing up and CrossFit has really helped me to get outside of my confront zone mentally and physically. I played football growing up and all the way to my senior year of high school. I have always enjoyed athletics and working out.

Turning Point

After a bad knee injury in high school football, I gained a lot of weight and was extremely out of shape. I decided to make a change and get serious about my health and fitness. I found CrossFit in 2013 and loved the program. I love how it has Olympic lifting and gymnastics mixed with high intensity.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is helping people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to realize that CrossFit is infinitely scalable and for everybody.
